First Look: Celestial New Zealand Tour 2026

We’re thrilled to give you a first look at our highly anticipated Celestial New Zealand Tour! The trips run from 18th–24th September 2026, and there are four unique itineraries to choose from, ranging from 1-night to 6-night experiences. Each trip has a maximum capacity to ensure a personalised and magical experience with your guides, and in some cases, we may be able to add extra spots if demand allows.

Booking & Travel Arrangements

All bookings go through our trusted travel partner, Pulse Travel, who handle everything from flights to transfers. They provide a 24/7 helpline and an easy-to-use travel app to keep you connected throughout the journey. Working with Pulse ensures group travel perks, excellent pricing, and full support for every traveller.

What Makes Celestial Tours Special

Whether you’re travelling solo or with friends, our tours are designed for connection and fun:

• Twin-share matching: Solo travellers are paired with a same-sex Celestial travel buddy. Rooms rotate at each location so you can meet new friends along the way.

• Variety of trips: Choose from 1-night, 2-night, or 6-night experiences depending on your time and adventure level.

• Departure flexibility: Tours depart mainly from Brisbane or Sydney, but you can join from other airports if needed. From our New York trip experience, the best bonding happens when you start the journey together with the group—highly recommended for solo travellers or nervous flyers.

Timeline for Booking

• Celestial Inner Circle Members: Priority booking opens Sunday 14th September at 4pm.

• Expression of Interest group: Form sent Monday 15th September at 6pm.

• Public group: Form open Thursday 18th September - 9am in the Facebook group link here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/celestialevents.com.au.

How to Book

To secure your spot:

1. Complete the booking form via the link which is displayed with a $50 deposit for your chosen tour. If travelling with a partner, both will need to fill out the form and pay the deposit.

2. Provide your departure airport, room preference (twin-share or solo upgrade), t-shirt size for your merch pack, and any special considerations (e.g., hidden disabilities or nervous flyer support). You also need to provide your second choice travel plan in case your first choice fills up - you will always be given an option first.

3. Once enough interest is received, we’ll confirm the tour and Pulse Travel will send your first payment invoice of $600, along with passport details and final departure arrangements. This process will take between 7-10 days.

Payments are split into four instalments, and any small airfare increase (as prices are based on 2025 fares) will be communicated in writing and added to the final payment. You’ll have direct contact with Tanya from Pulse Travel to make adjustments, add extras, or extend your trip.

We aim to confirm all travel groups within 7–10 days. Group Zoom calls will also be set up before departure so you can meet your fellow travellers and start building friendships early!
