You have been selected from over 150 applications to secure a table at the Celestial Events Melbourne Book Signing & Merchandise Day. This is a boutique, high-end experience exclusively for attendees of the Melbourne Ball. We have carefully curated just 30 vendors, prioritising quality over quantity to ensure strong visibility, meaningful engagement, and the best possible purchasing opportunities for every participating vendor.

 

To confirm your placement, payment for your table is required. Your booking is not secured until payment has been received.

Melbourne Book Signing & Merchandise Day

Date: Saturday, 24 October
Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm (with a 1-hour break)
Venue: Werner Brodbeck Hall, Melbourne Town Hall
Entry: Collins Street

Bump In / Bump Out

  • Bump In: 7:00am – 9:00am

  • Bump Out: 3:00pm – 4:00pm

Table Information

  • Table size: 6ft trestle table

  • Assistants: Permitted (up to four per full table)

  • Half tables: Available by application only and subject to a matching half-table booking

 

Vendor Requirements

  • All vendors must contribute 50 items for VIP gift bags

  • Contra for Fantasy Ball tickets will be offered depending on the gifts allocated

  • All vendors must hold current public liability insurance

  • Authors can submit a 2000-3000 word (approx) stand alone short story for the Celestial compilation book which will uniquely be on sale for the day (can also be used for contra for ball tickets). A great way to advertise to the new audience. Only 10 opportunities available. Copy edit, imagery, printing etc will be provided.

 

Event Flow & Sessions

There will be approximately 900 attendees attending the Melbourne Town Hall Fantasy Ball that evening, with strong foot traffic expected throughout the day for book signings and merchandise purchases.

 

To ensure a smooth and consistent attendee experience, the day will run as follows:
 

  • 7:00 – 9:00am: Bump In

  • 9:00 – 10:00am: Session One

  • 10:00 – 11:00am: Session Two

  • 11:00 – 12:00pm: Session Three

  • 12:00 – 1:00pm: Lunch Break

  • 1:00 – 2:00pm: Session Four

  • 2:00 – 3:00pm: Session Five (Potential Q&A - TBC)

  • 3:00 – 4:00pm: Bump Out
