All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Provided an item is in stock and not listed as a pre-order item, orders are generally processed within 1-5 business days after payment has been received and verified.
During peak periods, promotional campaigns, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
Pre-order items will be dispatched in accordance with the estimated dates shown on the product listing.
3. Shipping Locations
Celestial Events ships throughout Australia. International shipping is available for selected products only.
We ship to both residential and commercial addresses.
