1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the Celestial Marketplace section of the Celestial Fantasy Events Website
(“Website”).

By purchasing an item through the Celestial Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Celestial Marketplace is operated by Cedilia Holding Company Pty Ltd trading as Celestial Fantasy Events (“Celestial Events”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Nature of Marketplace Items

Celestial Marketplace items are products listed for sale by independent individuals, creators, collectors, vendors, or third-party sellers (“Marketplace Sellers”).

Marketplace items may include:

• Pre-loved items

• Handmade goods

• Collectables

• Clothing and costumes

• Fantasy-inspired merchandise

• Accessories

• Limited edition or one-off items

All Marketplace items will be clearly marked as:

“Celestial Marketplace Item”

Product listings may include descriptions relating to:

• Size

• Condition

• Wear and tear

• Material

• Colour

• Measurements

• Photos

• Known faults or imperfections

Customers acknowledge that many Marketplace items are unique, handmade, vintage, pre-loved, or individually owned, and therefore may contain minor imperfections consistent with their description.

3. Product Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure all product descriptions, measurements, and photographs are accurate.

However:

• Colours may vary depending on screen settings

• Handmade or pre-loved items may have slight imperfections

• Measurements may vary slightly

• Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product information before purchase.
   

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may exclude shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

We reserve the right to:

- Correct pricing errors
- Cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes
- Refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• Seller dispatch times

• Australia Post or courier delays

• Public holidays

• International shipping processes

• Celestial Events is not liable for:

• Postal delays

• Lost parcels caused by postal providers

• Customs delays

• Incorrect addresses provided by customers

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct at the time of purchase.

• Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery caused by incorrect customer information.

6. Returns and Refunds
 

6.1 Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within:

• Seven (7) days of receiving the item.

• Return requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

• To request a return, customers must first complete and submit an official Return Request Form provided by Celestial Events.

• Returns sent without approval may be refused.

6.2 Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns may be accepted at the discretion of Celestial Events subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt

• The item must be unused and in original condition

• Tags, packaging, and accessories must be included where applicable

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Approved refunds for change of mind will be processed:

• Less original shipping costs.
   

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, the following items are generally non-returnable:

• Custom-made items

• Personalised products

• Earrings or personal hygiene items

• Digital products

• Items marked “Final Sale”

• Clearly disclosed pre-loved or damaged items sold with disclosed faults

6.4 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives:

• Significantly different from its description

• Faulty beyond disclosed wea

• Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Photos of the issue

• Order number

• Description of the concern

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we may offer:

• Replacement

• Repair

• Store credit

• Refund
   

7. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must:

• Be safely packaged

• Include all original components

• Be in the same condition as supplied

• If returned goods are damaged due to inadequate packaging by the customer, a refund may be reduced or refused.

8. Marketplace Seller Responsibility

Marketplace Sellers are responsible for:

• Accurate product descriptions

• Ownership of items listed

• Ensuring products comply with Australian laws

• Dispatching sold items within reasonable timeframes

• Celestial Events reserves the right to remove listings or sellers at its discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Celestial Events is not liable for indirect or consequential loss
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product
We are not responsible for individual seller conduct beyond obligations imposed by law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Intellectual Property

All Celestial Events branding, logos, event names, graphics, and intellectual property remain the property of Cedilia Holding Company Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Marketplace Sellers must not use Celestial Events intellectual property without written permission.

11. Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel suspicious orders

• Refuse service

• Suspend Marketplace access

• Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities
   

12. Privacy

Customer information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our Website.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The Terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
